I accompanied my mother to a scheduled 2:15 p.m. appointment with Dr. Patel. We were placed in a private examination room and waited approximately one hour before the doctor entered at about 3:15 p.m. The appointment lasted approximately 15 minutes. I raised the delay with staff while we were waiting. Despite this, Dr. Patel did not acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation or offer an apology when she entered. Emergencies and scheduling disruptions can happen in medical practices. What was unacceptable was the lack of communication. Patients who have been waiting this long should receive an update and be given the option to continue waiting or reschedule. Our concern is not simply that the appointment started late. It is that an hour of our time passed without acknowledgment from the provider. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and improves how substantial delays are communicated to patients. Dr. Patel was very warm and professional at same time. She took time to ask questions about possible actions that may have caused pain. Office staff and nurses were very welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Patel in future.

Excellent doctor. Went to see her for plantar fasciitis and she gave me an injection. Now I am feeling nearly 100% just a day later. She also gave me exercises to keep the tendon stretched. I am very happy I went to her.

I have been going to Dr H. Patel for some time now & I feel that she is the best! Her appointments are pretty punctual and she is very friendly too. She is very knowledgeable and always listens to me and she also ask questions to gain insight of your medical needs. Dr. Patel though very busy, takes her time with me. She treats me as if I am her only patient and answers every one of my questions so that I can understand and explains even beyond my question sometimes so that she is sure I understand the answer. I feel she really cares about me and my health. She treats me with tender loving care and even makes the painful procedures easy enough to bear.

I normally don’t like doctors and won’t go unless all else has failed but my experience here was great. Staff are awesome and dr. Jordan is maybe the best doc I’ve seen yet. None of the arrogance and condescension I’ve gotten from other doctors lately. Dr. Jordan gave me the news in understandable layman’s terms. Direct and to the point. Check in was fast and easy, short wait pleasant competent staff. Overall one of the best doctors visits I’ve ever had.

Wait time a little long at 45 minutes but once I was call in fast and efficient. ALL staff polite and attentive.

Dr. Jordan is exceptional. He performed a TKA on my right knee March 4, 2026. The operation went well and recovery has been very good. I expect to reach the preferred 120° knee flex within the near weeks. All of his staff are exceptional.

Dr Ciaglia and staff are wonderful. He did surgery on my left hand in 2019 and returned for my right hand in February. I wouldn’t trust another surgeon with my hands!

I did not like the wait time. Overall I am very happy with the outcome of my visit. The doctor was correct in my assessment and his treatment recommendations for my pain has been exactly as he said it would be. For future patients, listen to the doctor, google can’t help.

Within just a few moments of looking at my exrays and performing an exam Dr Jordan was able to correct a previous misdiagnosis from another doctor and give me a correct diagnosis along with a treatment plan. I had my consultation and Dr Ciaglia and his staff were very nice.

I fell and hurt my hand at Pickleball and was sure something was broken. I called Dr. Ciaglia’s office as a current patient and explained. I was given an appointment within 24 hours of my accident! Service at its BEST! An x-ray in Dr. Ciaglia’s rooms revealed a fracture for which I will need surgery within a week. Surgery scheduled and my hand fitted with a brace to provide support and comfort in the meantime. No-one wants to have surgery but grateful for the prompt, efficient response to a painful plea for assistance.

We just started but yes , she was very informative. I am hoping for change to my overweight problem that I have had for few years now!

I received excellent care from Dr Jordan and the entire staff including nurses and administrators. I was given thorough diagnosis with all options explained carefully. Surgery for rotator cuff tear was scheduled expeditiously. Dr Jordan performed the surgery and followed up with regular scheduled appointments. He gave me complete and clear instructions to follow to being about the best recovery. I was then scheduled for physical therapy with an outstanding therapist on Dr Jordan’s recommendation. The therapy for the past three months has restored most of my range of motion and significantly reduced pain in my shoulder. I will continue PT for another 8-10 weeks to further strengthen the muscles in my shoulder. Thanks to Dr Jordan and the procedures used at this clinic, I expect to return to fully functional use of my shoulder and resume all normal activities. My sincere thanks to all.

Dr Patel is AMAZING! Coming in looking for a second opinion, she was thorough in her explanation and made sure I understood medical term and in basic English. She and her team are even going as far to get me scheduled for a surgery to get the best use of my time and insurance. Often times I feel unheard and rushed at the Dr office, that’s not at all how Dr Patel and her team made me feel!

Dr Gupta was instrumental in my recovery from cervical disk replacement surgery. After my surgery, I was still experiencing the same pain I had prior to the surgery. Dr Gupta put a pain management plan in place for me that was responsible and strategic. I'm thrilled to say that I am now 100% pain free and not on any medications! I attribute this to Dr Gupta's unparalleled commitment to do what is right for the PATIENT, not insurance or the practice! His management of my pain kept me from having to do another surgery which many of the surgeons were recommending! I recently was treated for back pain by Dr. Amit Gupta. Dr. Gupta explained the technic he would use to treated me with shots and I scheduled the procedure. The shots relieved my pain in a couple of days. Dr. Gupta listens to his patient's needs and provides excellent care.

After just doing shots in the hand for a bone spurt, they decided my mom would need hand surgery to relieve the pain. Surgery went well for a 79-year old patient with little scarring a week post op. After physical therapy on her hand, she is quickly getting back to doing everything normally. Highly recommend as we had excellent care from both the staff and Dr. Ciaglia.

Dr. Ciaglia explained why my hand pain wasn’t getting better and that I have degenerative arthritis in my thumb that won’t get better without surgery. I’ve been to another specialist and he didn’t diagnose my problem correctly nor did he explain that waiting will only cause it to get worse. Dr. Jordan is great, fast & accurate. However The nurse who took my X-Rays was not well trained, she did not place the plate correctly therefore took at least 7-8 images that were blank before asking for help. I was concerned with the amount of radiation I was being exposed to, she brushed off my concerns, but I insisted she find help.

My experience with Dr. Patel was quite good -- However, this note is because I could not find how to access your Patient Portal and was playing telephone tag with your good staff today trying to get a brief appointment with Dr. Patel if possible this Thursday afternoon or Friday any time (June 3 or 4) in that a callus on my left big toe that Dr. diligently tried to address has become quite painful -- and, unless addressed promptly, will become the only reason that I will need to forego a once-in-a-lifetime two week Boy Scout backpacking experience with my two youngest sons starting in mid-June. Thanks for your help!!.

I had written what would amount to a 5 page article yesterday evening touting the great Dr. Ciagla and his Team of amazing Employees. I accidently deleted it. Sad Face. From beginning to end of this process. End being Surgery I have nothing but good things to write. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. Yesterday morning when I checked in at Memorial Herman Surgery Center Pinecroft all I encountered were so professional and kept me at ease thru it all. Nurses, Anesthesiologists and of course the Great Dr. Ciaglia were amazing. In and out in no time flat. I have not taken anything for pain but I am sure it is because I had the best doing the surgery. Great experience all around. How often can someone say that about surgery? Thank you too Everyone!!

As a result, he will be performing reconstructive surgery on the joint - one that he specializes in - during the New Year. Dr Jordan and his staff were wonderful. My only problem is that my 87 year old mom shattered her left arm on 12/8 but has to wait 12 days for surgery because so overbooked. This is an emergency! Additionally all she can take is Tylenol. She has been in great pain. Is there no allowance for emergency surgeries? As much as we liked Dr Jordan, we are disappointed in the time it takes for surgery.
